Refund policy
Returns
We want you to love your Wooder Board. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Email contact@wooderboard.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide instructions for sending the item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product. We'll make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
